Fame - A Musical Drama Series

Award-winning musical drama series Fame created by Christopher Gore and was based on 1980 film with the same title, story about the students and faculty of New York City High School of Performing Arts and all their hardships, efforts, sacrifices to reach the fame and their dreams.


Performing Arts students Bruno Martelli, Coco Hernandez, Danny Amatullo, Montgomery MacNeil, Leroy Johnson, Julie Miller, Doris Schwartz, Christopher Donlon and others possesses their dreams, they love to dance, play music, perform and act, they are young and energetic. With the guidance of Lydia Grant, Elizabeth Sherwood, Benjamin Shorofsky, Principal Bob Dyenforth and other faculty members, they all share the journey of hardships and circumstances, the kids give their best, finishing Art School and become rich and famous.


Fame after canceled for two seasons on NBC, still continued another 4 seasons of performance and journey in total of 136 sixty-minute episodes aired from January 1982 to May 1987.
